| Our goal is to provide you with quality service. In order for us to care for your pets in a professional manner we ask that you please read our service policy. The Meet and Greet : This is a meeting we set up at least 48 hours prior to the start of any service. It gives you a chance to meet us and for us to meet your pets, discuss their care, answer any questions and schedule service. This initial meeting is free and can be used to complete forms and release keys. Making Reservations : We do our best to accommodate all of our customers needs and to be available during the times we are needed. However, holidays and weekends are our busiest times. We have implemented a first come, first serve policy for this reason. We will pencil in your requested dates but these reservations are not held until your deposit of 50% is received. The remaining balance is due on the first day of service. Please try to make your reservations at least 2 weeks in advance. Once a Reservation is Made : After you have made your reservation, you will need to complete a service request form. This form must be completed and signed prior to the start of any service. A new form is needed every time you make a reservation. All pets in the household must be listed on a service request even if they do not require our services. Simply mark the “check on me only” box for pets that do not require care during your absence. If a pet is found at your residence that is not listed on the request, we will be obligated to provide care for that pet and charge accordingly. Cancellations : 0-48 hours prior to start of service or holidays : payment in full is charged. 2-7 days prior to start of service : 20% of service total is charged 8 days + prior to start of service : full refund or no charge Hours of Operation : We start our first service at 7am and start our last service at 9pm. We do our best to be with your pets during the time block you have scheduled. We will always spend the scheduled amount of time, but on holidays, weekends or busy weekdays, we may need to adjust the schedule to be sure all of our clients receive the proper care and scheduled amount of time. We can not promise a specific visit time. Daily Dog Walks : This service follows the same policies listed above, but only requires one service request. That service request remains in effect for all future walks unless changes to the service are made. Daily dog walks can be scheduled for every day, every other day or 2 days/week. While You Are Away : We will provide loving and knowledgeable care for your pets in your absence. We welcome any calls to check on your pets, but ask that you kindly call during business hours. ~~ All dogs are required to have three visits/day. It is unfair and potentially damaging to their kidneys to ask any dog to hold their bladders for more than 8 hrs. ~~ Puppies will be scheduled every # of hours equal to their age in months up to 8 months. (so a 4 month old dog will require a visit every 4 hrs through out the day) ~~ Any dog confined to a crate or small area needs at least 1 extended visit/day. ~~ Cats over the age of 7 or younger cats with previous urinary blockage are required to have at least 1 visit/day. When You Return : Please call to let us know you have arrived safely at home. If we do not hear from you, we will continue to care for your pets. If we arrive at your home to find you at home, we will charge for the visit time and travel. We also ask that you contact us within 24 hrs to notify us of any concerns you have regarding our service. Your Responsibility as the Owner : Please be sure your pets are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick preventative. We care for many pets, to ensure the health of all, we ask that you maintain the health of your pets in compliance with your veterinarian’s recommendations. If your pet is suffering from fleas, parasites or other medical condition, you are obligated to inform us. We may ask to see veterinarian records. ~~We also ask that you do not change your pet’s diet, including food, treats or chewies, within the week prior to service. ~~Check that your dog's collars and leashes are in good condition and they have readable I.D. tags and rabies tags. ~~If turnout is into a fenced yard, please check that your fencing is in good working order, no loose boards or holes. Thank You For Choosing Every Creature Pet Sitting : We look forward to providing you with quality service and experienced care. You can have peace of mind knowing your pets are in the loving hands of professionals. |
